By using the Ligalo application ("the App"), owned by Primea Group, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

1. Platform Usage

Ligalo is provided to enable users to manage legal documents efficiently. You agree not to use the App for any illegal purposes or in violation of accepted ethics and policies.

2. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in Ligalo and its contents are reserved by Primea Group. No part of the App may be copied, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.

4. Data Protection

The collection, use, and protection of your data are governed by our Privacy Policy which you can review here.

5. Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated through the App or via email.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Tunisian Republic.
